Twitter's Vine App Gets Adult Age Restriction

Twitter’s new video pity focus has had a age rating increasing to 17+ by Apple – a top limitation in a app store.

The Vine app lets users film clips of adult to 6 seconds in generation and post their creations to Twitter, Facebook, and to a Vine feed.

It had formerly been rated suitable for 12-year-olds, though restrictions were increasing after some racy clips were uploaded on a service.

The limitation comes after Tumblr and photo-sharing use 500px saw their iPhone and iPad apps increasing to a limit age rating over a past fortnight.

The app had formerly done headlines after one of a featured Editor’s Pick showed an x-rated shave of a couple.

Twitter after apologised and blamed tellurian error.
