Eugene Delacroix's Liberty Leading the People defaced at Len's Louvre gallery

Liberty Leading the People is Delacroix's most famous work, and it was chosen
as the emblem of the Louvre-Lens at its opening last December.


It is on loan from the Louvre's main collection in Paris.
