Speaking to BBC Radio 4's Today programme Lord Haskins warned that there is
"endemic, institutional fraud" in a food industry.

"You can't get divided from a peculiar lie or a peculiar failure, though this is so
widespread, it's endemic, it's institutional rascal right opposite a piece,"
