NEW DELHI: Afzal Guru, a Kashmiri personality allegedly concerned in a lethal conflict on a Indian council in 2001, was executed on Saturday morning after his final forgiveness defence was deserted by President Pranab Mukherjee.

 

Mohammed Afzal Guru, a former fruit seller, was hanged during Tihar Jail during around 7:30am apropos usually a second chairman to be hanged in India in scarcely a decade.
