The former emissary primary apportion – famous for his pro-EU views – says a referendum is a gamble

Lord Heseltine has criticised a primary minister’s European strategy, observant an “ill-advised” referendum would imperil a UK’s business prospects.

In interviews with a Financial Times and a Times, David Cameron’s confidant on expansion says charity a referendum on EU membership would be a “punt”.
