Gary Smith faces legal trouble in Texas

Accused tire slasher Gary Smith was behind in justice again Sunday.

This is now a fourth time he’s faced a decider in a past week.

He was arraigned on aggravated stalking charges in propinquity to a box surrounding his former debate manager.

We spoke with Rhead Story who claims Smith has slashed some-more than 50 of his tires.

Smith’s bond is set during $75,000 money usually on this sold case.

KOB Eyewitness News 4 also schooled that Smith faces authorised difficulty in El Paso.

Smith’s former neighbor in Texas filed several military reports accusing Smith of terrorizing
