Library services are among those that have been cut, a watchdog said
Cuts to legislature budgets are carrying a approach impact on front-line services, a spending watchdog has warned.
The National Audit Office (NAO) pronounced there had been cuts to libraries and amicable care, and some councils faced a “challenge” to accommodate their obligations while avoiding financial difficulties.
But it pronounced a design sundry opposite England, with some councils saying a minimal dump in their spending power.
Ministers pronounced councils should find to make assets in a “sensible” way.
