On BBC Radio Derby’s Facebook page, we asked if people suspicion a city legislature was right to cut spending on adult care.

Andy Stephenson responded: “It’s formidable to see where they’re not falling. So unhappy to see, aren’t we suspect to demeanour after a many vulnerable? That’s what courteous societies do right?

“How can we call ourselves courteous when priority is given to high speed trains instead of creation certain we don’t have people sleeping severe on a streets. Sickening!”
