US fungal meningitis outbreak could have been much worse: CDC

CHICAGO (Reuters) – As bad as a 2012 fungal meningitis conflict has been, so distant infecting 620 people in 19 states and murdering 39 of them, it could have been a lot worse, U.S. health officials pronounced on Wednesday.
