The newly crowned Miss Universe 2012, Miss USA Olivia Culpo, participated in her initial photo-op only mins after receiving a title, and it only so happened to be with a choice of Best Dressed for a night—Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Giggy!

“As shortly as she was crowned, a new Miss Universe wanted to get Giggy with it,” a pooch’s mama, Lisa Vanderpump, said.
