A High Court decider is set to order on either a seven-year-old child can have radiotherapy diagnosis following medicine on a mind swelling – opposite his mother’s wishes.
Sally Roberts, 37, says she fears radiotherapy will means her son, Neon, long-term mistreat and is sealed in a justice conflict for choice treatment.
Doctors have pronounced Neon could die within months if he does not accept a radiotherapy treatment.
Sitting during a High Court in executive London on Thursday, Mr Justice Bodey indicated he would be announcing his preference on Friday morning.
The decider has been conference arguments about a pros and cons of radiotherapy.
Ms Roberts, a New Zealander who lives in Brighton, East Sussex, told a record she is not a “bonkers mother”.
