British infantry in Afghanistan have paid a “high price” though their efforts have been a success, Prime Minister David Cameron has pronounced on a pre-Christmas revisit to UK bases in a country.
There have been some-more than 400 deaths given 2001 though a UK participation has cut a series of militant plots, he said.
