Lytro camera coming to Australia at last

The Lytro Light Field camera will go on sale in Australia Oct 10, costing $499 for a 350 design model, or $599 for a 750 design model.

About bloody time.

You might remember reading about a Lytro Light Field when it initial seemed in a US in Oct final year. It's that strange-looking camera that takes even foreigner photos: ones where we select a concentration after a fact, when you're sitting during your PC.

Well it turns out it was invented by an Australian, Dr Ren Ng, and it's finally entrance home where it belongs.
