Home prices rose in July in 20 major cities

WASHINGTON (AP) — Home prices kept rising in Jul opposite a United States, buoyed by larger sales and fewer foreclosures.

National home prices increasing 1.2% in July, compared to a same month final year, according to a Standard Poor’s/Case Shiller index expelled Tuesday.

That’s a second true year-over-year benefit after dual years but one.The news also says prices rose in Jul from Jun in all 20 cities tracked by a index. That’s a third true month in that prices rose in each city.

Steady cost increases and record-low debt rates are assisting expostulate a housing recovery.In a 12 months finale in July, prices have risen in 16 of 20 cities.
