Germany's supreme court OKs European bailout fund

Germany’s autarchic justice has deserted petitions to retard resolution of
Europe’s $640-billion rescue fund, giving a go-ahead for a pivotal component of
European leaders’ plan for combating a continent’s long-running debt
crisis.
