Ex-Police Chief Gets 15 Years in China

— A justice in China has condemned former military arch Wang Lijun to 15 years in prison. Wang's moody to a U.S. consulate in southern China, progressing this year, helped display one of a Communist party's biggest domestic scandals in decades.
