BAE/EADS to ring-fence US firm to save $45 bln deal-paper

LONDON, Sept 23 (Reuters) – Britain’s BAE Systems and
Europe’s EADS have told a Pentagon they will emanate a
ring-fenced U.S. counterclaim organisation with a house of U.S. nationals to
win capitulation for their due 28 billion bruise ($45 billion)
merger, a Sunday Times journal said.

The American arm will have only one British executive – BAE’s
chief executive Ian King – while no French or German executives
will be given seats, or be means to see sum of U.S.
contracts, a paper
