Troubled UN climate talks spill over

International talks aiming to residence tellurian meridian change have been extended amid fears they might fall altogether.

Talks during a United Nations Climate Change Conference in Doha, Qatar, directed to finalise an agreement on slicing hothouse gas emissions to reinstate a Kyoto Protocol.
